I had a very interesting/unique case as a first time home buyer. It was a non FHA condo project, and my previous lender had declined to lend on the project, as there was work to be completed before it could close. When I thought all hope was lost Anthony had assured me we could get the deal closed. At times it was a very confusing and unclear process that would get frustrating. Anthony really stepped up to the plate, where my realtor was lacking especially in the areas of communication. I always had an open communication liaison with Anthony, where he would routinely reach out and check in on everything in the deal. On top of this, Anthony always took my calls at any time, and answered any questions I had. I found Anthony to be very knowledgeable in his work and would consider his expertise as expert advice. Once the work on the condo project finally got completed, the close process was a very headache-free process. This was great as many months of delays on the work had resulted in plenty of headaches. Once we finally got to the finish line, we were at the finish line. I would say that could not have been done without Anthony’s leadership and prowess. He was an excellent resource throughout the entire process, and he really stepped up to the plate in making sure I had as easy of a process as a first time home buyer as possible.
